John Scheuring
John Scheuring is an attorney with deep experience in both business and real estate matters. He is involved with development, merger and acquisition, and joint venture transactions as well as the day-to-day issues that arise in the business and real estate arenas.
John earned a B.S. cum laude from University of Missouri at Columbia, BA (Finance and Real Estate), and a J.D. from UC Hastings College of Law, where he participated in the Tax Concentration. After law school, John was trained and spent a good portion of his career at a large international law firm prior to focusing on his current practice. When not at work, John is busy chasing his three young kids around the Sierra Nevada.

Crista Morrow
Crista Morrow is an attorney with a background in corporate law, bankruptcy and employment matters. Crista assists closely held businesses deal with day-to-day legal issues, including, entity formation, employment and general commercial matters.
She earned an A.B. cum laude from Princeton University, and a J.D. with honors from The University of Chicago Law School. Following law school, Crista served as a law clerk to Frank H. Easterbrook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She then began a career in the Bay Area office of a large international law firm and spent several years away from the practice of law to be with her children, who are Crista’s focus during her time away from work.
